Mai Vang, born and raised in Thailand, has always had a passion for cooking and baking Asian cuisines. After moving to the United States in 1991, she dedicated 27 years to working at Johnsonville before fully embracing her culinary dreams. Now she has decided to follow her true calling and share her love for for authentic flavors and traditional recipes. Join her on this delicious journey!
